THIS COUCH tossed out into the street on its cushiony ear appears to be homeless. The swirling artsy design embedded in the fabric is a masterpiece of well-ordered geometric patterns that I am linking to OUR WORLD at the side bar.

Fence-Hopping Over Easter At Crescent Beach
THIS FENCE alongside the puddle strew path at Crescent Beach is a barrier discouraging people from straying onto the low-lying tidal area.
Following the wood and wire fence eventually leads to the sea. Normally, seagulls land on the posts and settle there like sentinels.
One day I saw balloons bouncing on a string alongside the fence.
A nearby paneled fence has a picket pattern, thanks to the shadows. There is not usually a rabbit peeking out from the other side.
But it is the Easter season and for several years now pink and blue bunnies hop onto the lawn to greet passersby. It is also the time when tulips reappear.
The freshly painted white fence bordering one home keeps people and pets from trampling on the healthy blooms. The flowers are a burst of colour during the religious holiday and compel all who walk by to marvel at the rebirth of life.

Too Chicken To Watch W5 TV Special
A MAJORITY of people on this planet I presume are carnivores but surely eating meat does not excuse torturing animals on their journey to our dinner tables.
A W5 television report about chickens and their mistreatment, prior to arriving neatly packaged at the supermarket, made me wince before shutting it off.
If you have the stomach and heart for it, check out the video HERE.
