Zero can also describe a sense of worthlessness someone at their lowest ebb might feel. A unique award winning short film asks "how can something be nothing" by creatively merging the numerical aspects of zero with the human side of the equation.

I love the shot and a great take on zero. I looked for O shapes in nature in my archives because I know I've taken some but couldn't find them so I went the way I took for zero.

It's funny how much value zero has after a number, such as 1000 or 1,000,000!

Well, Penelope, I watched that video and loved it! What a unique and fascinating approach to the letter "Z." It is only recently that I have begun to understand the creativity in mathematical principles, and this post sure built on that discovery!
ReplyDeleteMy goodness you have been posting some beautiful photos on all the blog posts here, been wondering why I have not seen much from your other blog. I must make a point of adding this one to my blog list. Hope all is well with you!
