THE STREAM OF WATER at UBC Hospital in Vancouver looked refreshing as it rushed down the wall on a warm sunny day recently.
Fluid flowed in endless strings gurgling and giggling all the the way down ...
forming tiny bubbles on the surface of the pool ...
and running buoyantly down the stairs.
Waves caught a sunbeam ...
then mysteriously vanished into a deep dark well,
drowning worries about health for some and casting a comforting spell.

Waterfalls and fountains are so fascinating. I sometimes feel like a cat as I stare glassily at them for hours! I am like you, I could just watch and watch...
ReplyDeletewe have a building like this too.
ReplyDeleteYour photos and phrases are such perfect partners, Penelope. (Now, if only it were letter "P" week :) I'm hoping the "health worries" that led to this lovely fountain will follow the bubbles into the deep dark well and eventually disappear.
