Wonderful reflections! I rarely see an heron here. He posed beautifully for you.
Not only did you get a great photo of the bird reflected in water but the park has such a fun title. I would like to know how it got that name.Ruth
Thanks for asking about the park, Ruth. I believe that it got its name “Blackie Spit” from Walter Blackie who settled the flourishing area near the beach and the sandy spit that surrounds it. :)
